Parts not in stock/Special order items:
All items listed on our on-line catalog beginning with 'LVN' followed by a sequence of numbers are special order items stocked at a separate location. As well as all items listed that have an 'FP' at the end of the part number. These signified special items are Non-Refundable once ordered and may require extra shipping time. If there is any defect problem with an item once received, please call or email us to correct the issue as quickly as possible. No unauthorized returns will be accepted without an RA#. No returns will be accepted with out a return authorization number. If you have an item to return for any reason, please contact us to receive a return authorization number or your package will not be accepted. All special order items require additional shipping time. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the parts to be ordered then shipped to you. These parts may require from 3-20 additional business days for delivery. If for some reason you wish to cancel an order made for such items, there will a 25% restocking fee charged for such a request. This will occur even if the customer has not yet been charged for the items but the items have been purchased and charged to LVS Golf Cart Parts. Again, these are special order items that are not stocked and are only ordered upon customer request.
A restocking/cancellation fee of 25% will be charged for the cancellation of any back-ordered or special order item ordered by a customer that has been ordered by LVS, per customers purchase order, from our supplier. This is due to the policies of our suppliers on these special order items.
When making an on-line order, your order must be a minimum of $25.00. If your order does not meet this minimum purchase order amount it will be canceled.
Core and Core Return Policy:
On all items with a Core Charge there is a 30 day mail in window, from the date of shipment invoice. After 30 days has passed the Core Charge WILL NOT be refunded. Once your core is received and examined you will receive an immediate store credit in the form of a gift certiicate. All cores that are returned for a core credit must be rebuildable. A gasoline engine must have a usable crankshaft, camshaft, balancer shaft...etc. If these items are not rebuildable the cost of replacement will be subtracted from the core refund.
Credits and Refunds:
All credits and/or refunds are given as a store credit in the form of a store Gift Certificate. This includes and is not limited to returned items and core return refunds.
Electrical Parts and Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted with out a return authorization number. If you have an item to return for any reason, please contact us to receive a return authorization number or your package will not be accepted. All purchases of electrical items are final. No returns or refunds are available for such items. If a part fitting this above description seems to malfunction, and is under warranty, a RA# may be acquired from costumer service for the item to be returned for a warranty examination and repaired or replaced but NOT refunded. ALL sales of electrical and/or special order items are NON REFUNDABLE.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged to ALL approved returned items. All credits for authorized refunds will be promptly issued. A gift certificate will be sent via the email address provided with the original order.
Return Shipping:
LVS Golf Cart Parts is not responsible for any return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning a part to LVS Golf Cart Parts.
Some parts/accessories may require additional shipping charges due to weight and size of boxes. The price posted along with any order on the web site is an estimated cost of a standard size and weight package traveling to the designated area.
All parts manuals and/or diagrams listed on this site are Adobe Acrobat Reader programs that are emailed to customers when purchased. The manual will arrive to the customer via the email address provided with the purchase order. The manual will arrive in .pdf file format.
Shipping Information
Our shipments are shipped 5 days or lest throughout the U.S. All shipments are delivered with signature requirement. If an order is to be shipped without a signature please request this in the 'Customer Notes' text area of the final billing page.
International Shipments:
All duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient/customer. If these fees are left unpaid by the recipient/customer and the shipping company bills LVS, the owed amount will be turned over to collections and billed via the payment method originally provided by the recipient/customer.
Be advised:
if a package is delivered without a signature, once the package is left at the residence, LVS Golf Cart Parts and the shipping company are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
