Completely Overhauled EZ-GO High Performance OHV Engine

Most Reliable Rebuilt Engine In The Industry
LVS Golf Cart Parts goes the extra mile when rebuilding a golf cart engine. Our trained staff of mechanics not only rebuild an engine to factory specifications, they love what they do. When a mechanic loves what he does you can expect a top quality rebuilt engine.

Every engine block and cylinder before even being considered for rebuild goes into what we refer to as the 'pressure cooker.' In this cooker the engine is submerged in boiling water. Once the lid is closed pressure is allowed to build up. The distilled water within the cooker contains a special dye that will mark/stain any cracks. After the block comes out of the cooker the supervising mechanic closely examines the block for any areas that may potentially leak or be damaged. If it does have such areas the engine block then goes into one of the pre staging areas where our small engine specialist examines the same block once again to see if any of the deficiencies can be repaired. If the block does not pass both of these stages it is then turned into scrap.

After these engines blocks go through the initial inpsection they are then more closely examined by the superuvisor prior to being considered for the high perfomance upgrades. If the supervising technician gives final approval on this engine block it is then sent to machine shop to begin the upgrades to the block. The first thing that done is that the vavle guides in the cylinder head are replaced with new ones that have been polished. The cylinder itself is then carefulely bored out to .50mm oversize bore to match a .50mm oversized 350cc piton and ring assemly. Thats Right! I said .50mm oversized 350cc piston and rings. Yes, this is or was a 295cc block but now being bored to the much larger 350cc piston assemblies. With this bore size the engine will now be approximately 341cc.

Now some other modifications are made to the cylinder head other than just the vavle guides being polised. On the base of the cyclinder head where the piston assemblies come up to meet the valves there is an area that helps create compression. On the 295cc cylinder head it is a little more flat than that of the 350cc cylinder head. On this modification we use the 295cc cylinder head and give this seeting area a thorough buffing(no not polished but close to it). With the 295cc cylinder head on this now 341cc bored block the compression will be greatly increase which of course is an increase in horse power. Also, in this cylinder head we install our special High Torque Camshaft. This camshaft will GREATLY increase the amount of low end torque the engine has without changing anything else. You end up with a very powerful small engine with loads of pulling and climbing power.

No other golf cart engine rebuild company can claim to do as much as LVS Golf Cart Parts when it comes to rebuilding a golf cart engine. The pride and effort taken in every single one of the LVS rebuilt engines cannot be matched. In a typical rebuild by OTHER companies the only thing that will be replaced with new in your rebuild will be pistons, rings, valves, gaskets and seals! A rebuilt engine by the team of mechanics at LVS Golf Cart Parts is easily the most reliable rebuilt engine in the industry today. These rebuilt engines are built to run BETTER than a new engine. That is why all the special care and extra attention is given to every rebuilt engine by LVS Golf Cart parts

Every rebuilt engine from LVS Golf Cart Parts comes with a new Carburetor tuned specifically for the engine it is associated with. Find another company that will do that for you!

If it is impossible to send the core in advance and you want us to send you an engine in front, please check carefully and keep the parts that were not sent with the rebuilt engine, what we call the "3 c's" such as:

1. Carburetor.
2. Coil (ignition coil).
3. Clutch.
4. Engine Shrouds .
5. Muffler.
These parts will be missing from the rebuilt engine.

Important:
Your new engine will be shipped with a new carburetor. Be sure to keep all the above listed items. You will need them for your rebuilt engine.
